The fact that it’s double sided!! I didn’t notice it at first then I realized it has a higher side for intended to help alleviate pain in back sleepers with cervical issues, and a lower side as well for side or back sleeping. Plus – the pillow case is removable and machine washable – making it really easy to care for! Nothing worse than a specialty pillow that requires a specialty cleaning routine – this one won’t add more stress to your life like that!

The pillow case is also super breathable and even a bit cooling in my opinion, it is a silky feeling fabric (made of ice silk viscose and polyester) that lets the air circulate to keep you cool and fresh!
